Description

The Bridge offers self-catering cottage accommodation for up to 6 guests, with superb views over the sailing village of Kippford, on the Coast of Dumfries and Galloway in South West Scotland.

The Bridge is an ideal holiday home only a few yards from the water’s edge in an elevated position in the attractive sailing village of Kippford. It has been modernised to a very high standard and is luxuriously appointed.

The outstanding features of The Bridge are the superb views (especially from the living room bay window) over the River Urr to the hills of Bengairn and Screel. The Bridge is situated on Jubilee Path which leads over National Trust land to Rockcliffe just over one mile away. Two pubs in the village are within short walking distance while the trailhead for Dalbeattie 7stanes is only a short journey.

This house is all on one floor and the access is by the back garden which is higher than the front of the house. The car parking area leads to a gravel path down the back garden to a wooden bridge which takes you to the entrance door. The garden also contains a lockable garden shed for the secure storage of bikes and equipment.

Facilities include:

  • Bed Linen provided
  • Fridge/Freezer
  • Dishwasher
