Description
Cylcists Welcome at Caddon View Mixing luxury accommodation with wonderful food in an ideal location, a warm welcome awaits you from Lisa and Steve at Caddon View. Enjoy the thrills of some of the best mountain biking trails in the world in our independent, 4-star country guest house, with restaurant, in Innerleithen in the Scottish Borders.

Set a little back from the road, Caddon View sits in its own grounds and has 8 very comfortable, individually designed bedrooms all equipped with those little extras to make you feel very much at home.

The accommodation at Caddon View consists of:

  • 1 single room
  • 1 standard twin room
  • 2 standard double rooms
  • 4 superior double (king size) rooms
All rooms have a remote control colour television, radio, alarm clock, plenty of wardrobe space, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, and en- suite bathrooms (with the exception of the twin room, which has its own private bathroom just a few steps away) with complimentary Arran Aromatic toiletries. Each room can also be made available to single guests if required. We also have free WiFi in some of our rooms.

Start the day with a leisurely breakfast, which is served between 8am and 10am.  If you need to be away earlier in the morning then just let us know and we will happily provide an early breakfast.  Picnics can be freshly made - all we ask is that you let us know the evening before.
For our guests who come to mountain bike, Innerleithen caters for everyone, with choices from the simplest of cycle routes to the toughest international standard mountain bike courses (downhill and cross-country). Just 5 miles away Glentress Forest has established itself as a mecca for mountain bikers of all experience and ages. Alpine Bikes in Innerleithen, and ‘The Hub in the Forest’ at Glentress help make Innerleithen mountain biker heaven, and both offer mountain bike hire.

At Caddon View we offer free bike storage and washing facilites and also a drying area for any wet clothes that you may have.
