Castle Douglas Cycle Centre is a bike shop catering for all the family, servicing Dumfries and Galloway, home of five of the 7 stanes mountain bike trails.

We can supply every type of bicycle, from children’s cycles, BMX and trials bikes, to hybrids, mountain bikes, framesets, cyclocross and road bikes. We have a large range of bike accessories, equipment and clothing and also carry out custom builds, servicing and repairs in our workshop.

We are a dealer for Specialized, Giant, Ridley, Orange, Look, Onza and Haro.

We offer Body Geometry Bike Fit, a detailed and comprehensive fitting service and we run our Sports Therapy Clinic from the shop.

Castle Douglas Cycle Centre is a Shimano Service Centre and a member of The Association of Cycle Traders. Our mechanic is qualified to the highest level available and has 20 years experience.

Castle Douglas Cycle Centre is superbly placed between five of the seven 7stanes world class mountain bike trails, which are very varied and offer something to challenge everyone. Right alongside these are the forest tracks that are perfect for all the family and also for the cyclo-cross rider.

We have a myriad of quiet and unspoiled lanes and minor roads for the road rider in Dumfries and Galloway, with stunning and varied countryside, from moors and forests, to coast and rolling farmland and all with barely any traffic.
