No 5 Castlehill Courtyard is a luxury 3 bedroom holiday home situated in the rural Manor Valley 5 miles south-west of Peebles.

This is a peaceful country area, yet only a 5 miles drive in stunning countryside, to the historic market town of Peebles situated on the River Tweed. The town has all the amenities you could wish for and also has a Tourist Information Office and is two miles from the famous Mountain Bike Centre at Glentress.

Castlehill is a Corner plot of an L- shape, so although it's a terraced house, it is not overlooked and has a large garden with views to the hills.

Castlehill has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds, one of the double rooms has an en-suite shower, toilet and basin. The third bedroom has a double bed with a single bed on top as a bunk, so it is suitable for a couple or as 2 singles or possibly a couple and child. Downstairs is a toilet/cloakroom with basin.

The Kitchen/Diner has Electric Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine with dryer and plenty of Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and table for 6 sitting comfortably.

The lounge has Colour TV with basic satellite channels, DVD Player, and a CD/Radio Music System. It has 2 settees and 1 armchair and a selection of paperbacks and magazines.

Maytag Drying Cabinet for clothing / boots.
Bike Wash
The garden has patio furniture, barbeque and fire pit.
The shed has a chain anchored down for locking bikes, this is for peace of mind only as the area is very safe. Bring your own lock to fix to chain.
There is a cot and high chair.

There are basic cleaning materials and a Hoover
