Set in its own private enclosed gardens with parking at side of property and verandah with patio furniture gas bbq for alfresco dining.

Set in the former grounds of Cairnyard House on an uncommercialised site. Located 5 miles from Dumfries town on the A711 (Dumfries and Dalbeattie Road) and 1 mile before Beeswing village.
