Description

Hillview is a nineteenth-century, semi-detached villa with 3-4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people in a quiet street five minutes walk from the centre of Moffat.

Moffat is at the centre of the 7stanes mountain biking trails making Hillview the ideal place from which to experience all 8 of the world class venues plus Drumlanrig or the Jedforest Trails.

Hillview sits in Beechgrove, a no-through road leading to the farms at the foot of the famous local beauty spot, the Devil’s Beef Tub. The Hope Johnstone Park is opposite with tennis courts (June-Oct only), sports pavilion, football pitch, swings and the Annan Water. The house looks out onto the Moffat Hills.

The dining-room contains two day beds.
Kitchen includes washing machine, microwave, cooker (electric oven/gas rings), fridge & freezer.
The house has two small colour TVs and a video player.
Gas central heating throughout with extra gas fires in public rooms.
