The Lindores Guest House is a classic stone built late Victorian Town House, situated on east of Peebles on main A72 tourist route and very convenient for the 7stanes mountain bike trails of Glentress and Innerleithen, which offers superb accommodation, comfort and hospitality in the center of Peebles, Scottish Borders.

'Peebles for Pleasure' is what the locals say and it's easy to see why! Peebles offers plenty of ways to enjoy the great outdoors with a variety of leisure activities. Golf, fishing, mountain biking and walking are popular pursuits, with the Forests of Tweeddale and the challenging Southern Upland Way easily accessible.

For mountainbikers of all levels, Glentress Forest 7stanes offers the first courses in Scotland designed by enthusiasts using a colour-graded scheme like ski runs. For more experienced bikers, the Red Bull Downhill Course at nearby Innerleithen 7stanes is renowned for fast and very technical riding.

The Lindores Guest House is set in a residential area set amongst many fine Victorian villas and town houses with the impressive Peebles landmark of Glentress providing a beautiful backdrop.
