Description
Lintburn House in Innerleithen is a home from home. A comfortable, light and spacious house with beautiful views over Innerleithen to the hills.

Lintburn House sleeps five in double, twin and single bedrooms. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, bathroom with WC and shower over bath, large fully fitted kitchen, living room, dining room and downstairs WC. There are spectacular views from the living room and bedrooms. For a small additional fee a futon chair/bed in the living room can be used. Heating, bedding and towels included. Secure storage in garage for bikes etc.

  • 3 bedrooms, 1 single, 1 twin, 1 double + futon bed in the living room.
  • Large fully equipped modern kitchen.
  • Dining room & living room, both with spectacular views.  
  • Garage space for bike and equipment storage & bike cleaning area.  
  • Minutes walk from shops, pubs & bike shops.
  • A short walk from St Ronan’s Community Wood, and to the top of Caerlee Hill.
As you exit the drive of Lintburn House, the Co-op supermarket with cash machine is 50m to the left, 50m the other way is woodland with a path up into the hills. All your needs are at hand, but Lintburn House is not on the main road.

Lintburn House is minutes from some of the world's finest mountain bike trails which, along with the many other activities, the history and beauty of the area, make for a fulfilling break.

Off-street parking is available for one vehicle. We regret that we do not accept pets or smoking at Lintburn House.

Cost of renting Lintburn House is  £500 per week - different rates apply for Bank Holidays. Shorter breaks are also available.
