Our new, well equipped fitted kitchen at Loch-Ma-Ben offers all the mod cons and home comforts. Gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, four slice toaster, kettle and ample storage space, will all go to make self catering that little bit more of a pleasure.

The open plan dining area is equipped with a large eight seat birch table and chairs making the perfect setting for those long evening meals with family and friends.
Living room
At the heart of Loch-Ma-Ben is the beautifully spacious oak floored living room. Sit down kick of your shoes and unwind, enjoying panoramic views over the village of the spectacular borders countryside towards the forested slopes of Caddon bank. Pour yourself a well deserved glass of wine and relax with a DVD or a good book.

Loch-Ma-Ben offers four bedrooms, two double and two twin. All bedrooms come with clean fresh linen and are equipped with “Cozee” mattresses ensuring that you enjoy the perfect night’s sleep in preparation for all that your day ahead has in store. The master bedroom has an en suite with tiled floor/walls and a shower with bi-fold glass doors.
The bathroom has tiled floor/walls, shower with fold away glass doors and of course a bath for those who want to soak away the days grime!
Utility Room
Loch-Ma-Ben has a separate utility room comprising a sink, washing machine and tumble drier. This area is ideal for cleaning up after long days out biking, cycling, rambling or just “going wild in the country”

Adjacent to the utility room is a spacious conservatory, which can be used for drying out wet gear, storing bikes, golf clubs and other outdoor clobber and offers access to the front and rear of the property.
