Lochanview Lodge is a quality log cabin built in a traditional "Solid Log" method using slow growing Baltic Scandinavian pine, sleeps comfotably up to 6 people and is part of an exclusive development which consists of nine similar self catering holiday lodges set around a Lochan in the centre. Also available in the same development is the newly acquired Lochanview Log Cabin which sleeps up to six people with Private Hot Tub.

Lochanview Log Cabins are in a much sought after area on the outskirts of the yachting village of Kippford, Dumfries and Galloway, an ideal location as a base from which to explore all of Dumfries and Galloway's 7stanes venues with the fantastic Dalbeattie trails only 2.5 miles away . Lochanview is also ideal for sailing, walking or cycling and sits almost adjacent to a 9 hole golf course with many other courses throughout the region. Alongside the interior comforts there is a Hot Tub , large garden with swings, a barbeque, and outside furniture ideal for al fresco dining.There is a large decked veranda also with outside furniture and two hammocks.

Nearby Kippford has two excellent pubs within easy walking distance with local supplies readily available in Dalbeattie.
