Description
Mansewood House is a large self catering holiday house in New Luce, Dumfries and Galloway. A substantial family house situated on the edge of the small village of New Luce commanding panoramic open views across  to the hills beyond. Newly refurbished, the property provides excellent and spacious family or group accommodation.

New Luce is situated in the scenic valley of the River Luce accessed by a quiet country road and Mansewood House is an ideal base from which to experience the thrills of both Glentrool and Kirroughtree 7stanes mountain bike trails. 

Within a short drive is access to the coast and beaches and just outside nearby Glenluce is an excellent seaside golf course with several other courses all within easy reach.
Salmon and trout fishing in season and coarse fishing are available on request to the owner.

The nearby town of Stranraer is the ferry port for Northern Ireland. The village of New Luce itself has a shop and a pub with beer garden serving meals both within a very short walking distance.

Accommodation for 8/9 on two floors.

Ground Floor: Living Room. Dining Room. Twin Bedroom. Fitted Kitchen. Utility Room. Toilet with WC and wash basin.

First Floor: 2 Double Bedrooms (one King size). Twin Bedroom (2 single beds with extra single folding bed on request). Bathroom with bath (shower over), WC, bidet and wash basin in vanity unit.
