Description
Three Self catering lodges with fabulous views of the River Nith and adjacent to the Blackaddie House Hotel a 3 star County House Hotel with fabulous food.
In an idyllic setting on the banks of the River Nith, with lovely views of the peaceful surrounding countryside, these beautiful stone cottages have been imaginatively converted from a traditional barn and stables.

Tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, they stand adjacent to a small country house hotel offering a cosy bar, fine food and landscaped gardens.

A wealth of activities are available in this lovely area. The lodges are situated metres from the southern Upland Way and provide as ideal base for walking, bird watching, salmon and trout fishing, golfing on the local course or at world-famous Troon or Turnberry, to canoeing on the River Nith – some of the best white-water in Scotland – or gold panning in the scenic Mennock Valley.

Ideal for touring the beautiful Border country, there are castles nearby and historic Edinburgh is within easy reach. Swimming pool 100 yards. Shop ½ mile.
