Peebles is an ideal location from which to explore the ‘must ride’ 7stanes trails of Glentress and Innerleithen, yet offering a complete range of relaxation options after a hard day in the saddle.

The first-floor flat at Kingsland Terrace has a comfortable bedroom with king-size bed; spacious sitting room with original tiled fireplace and beautiful views to Venlaw Hill. The range in the dining room dates from when the property was built. The kitchen and bathroom have both been newly refurbished.

There is ample, free on-street parking to the front of the property with secure bike storage and wash facilities offered by the property owners at their own home, nearby.
