Description

Redcastle Cottages offer 4 MTB friendly self catering cottages suitable for families, groups, couples and are also dog friendly.

Secure bike storage, bike wash, repair and maintenance bike stand, laundry and drying facilities are available for the free use of our guests.

All accommodation has TV (the Steading and the Cottage have a VCR), washing machine, (a dryer in the garage), microwave, duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels , garden furniture, parking and garden with washing line.

Extra beds, cots and high chairs can be provided if requested. Heating/cooking is electric. In the Steading there is a gas hob. Central heating is in the form of electric storage heaters/convectors.

There are also books, games and puzzles for wet weather! A games room with table tennis and some keep fit equipment. There is also a tennis court in the garden.

Redcastle Cottages is a 3star rated provider and part of the Visit Scotland welcome cyclist scheme and is central to the 7stanes rides. The nearest cycle shop and hire is MPG Cycles in Dalbeattie or Castle Douglas where you will find bike hire, servicing and repairs at Castle Douglas Cycle Centre.
