Description

scotia_biker_200.jpgScotia Chiropractic -provides a full range of treatment from its facility within the The Old Courthouse in Peebles. Chiropractic, Applied Kinesiology, chiropody, remedial massage, sports therapy and rehabilitation are all available.

The chiropractors - Carla How and Mick Samuel are registered with the General Chiropractic Council. They work with the body's musculoskeletal system and address any imbalance to the joint and muscle position or mobility especially that of the spine. Chiropractic treatment does not just look at relieving the physical problems. This natural form of healthcare expands into nutrition, ergonomics, stress management, diet, posture and exercise.

Our sportstherapy, remedial massage and rehabilitation team, who as well as working in the centre, provide a service at local sports events in the area. Their treatments use specific techniques involving manipulation and mobilisation of damaged muscle, ligaments or tendons to work for a speedy return to pain free movement and activity.
