The Haven is located just off Innerleithen High Street, close to the park and the St Ronan’s Well visitor centre and only a two minute walk from all shops, pubs and restaurants in the village.
Innerleithen's own "Tardis", The Haven has a small, neat frontage behind which is a spacious 3 bedroom house formed from part of the old Cleikum Mill building. The Haven retains some of the original layout of the Cleikum Mill while providing contemporary style accommodation.
The Haven has a comfortable living room amply provided with seating including a double sofa bed. This room also has flat screen TV/DVD and a music system. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a dining area seating 8 people. A washer/dryer is also provided in the property.
Upstairs, the spacious double bedroom has en-suite facilities and the added feature of patio doors leading onto a good- sized roof terrace with garden furniture – looking onto trees and decorated with planters, this is a perfect space for breakfast, barbecues, sun bathing and even sleeping out!
The Haven also has two further generously sized bedrooms - a twin bedded room and third bedroom with single bed and fold out foam chair bed.
In addition to the en-suite, there is a large family bathroom with electric shower upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs.
Linen and towels are provided.
Secure storage and washing facilities for bikes and other sports equipment is available.
