At the Tontine we are totally geared up to providing you with the perfect mountain biking break.

With Glentress and Innerleithen on our doorstep, we have access to some the best world-class, all weather cross country and downhill mountain biking trails in Scotland, and with miles of forest tracks and quiet country roads all around us there’s something to suit everyone’s taste and ability. And our town centre location in Peebles ensures that there’s always plenty for you to do in the evenings.

Our 36 ensuite rooms enable us to cater for large groups and couples and we take great pride in offering a biker friendly environment with lockable bike storage, bike racks and pressure washer, drying and washing facilities for kit as well as flexible meal times and private parking for our guests.

After an exhilarating day on the trails and once the bike is taken care of you can recharge your batteries ready for the next day’s thrills and spills by enjoying our excellent food, well stocked bar. Great value, and warm, comfortable en-suite rooms.
